Shrewsbury Trip

After an overnight stop at the Dips in New Brighton we headed south some 60 miles to Ebury Hill Camping and Caravan site near Shrewsbury. It has no facilities on site but that's fine as we are self contained. We had a walk down to the Abbey. We found the park and ride had 2M height barriers so after a 6 Km run. We ordered a taxi only £20 round trip. We had a nice walk in the town and lunch under the old market hall. A nice walk by the river and into the park. 2 nights for only £20. It is on the flight path to Shawbury with helicopters now and then . A nice couple of days.
